Two of Sydney’s top corporate travel agencies have united in a move to consolidate their position as leaders in the Australian travel industry.

Ursula King Travel has merged it’s operation with Goldman Travel Corporation under the direction of travel industry stalwart Tom Goldman.

“I am delighted with this”, Ursula King said. “Due to my ill health I have been looking for the right company to continue the wonderful tradition of UKT. When Tom approached me, I instantly knew it was right for my clients and staff.”

Tom Goldman and Ursula King have been close colleagues for over 30 years having worked together on the AFTA NSW Board and TravelScene. Goldman assumed the role of Mrs King’s mentor when she entered the industry and have remained close friends.

“Both Goldman Travel and Ursula King Travel have followed the same path in terms of personal service and superior expertise. I remain very hands on in the business which suits the UKT model. Additionally both my son, David Goldman and Ursula’s daughter, Simone act as senior members of our respective teams”. Tom Goldman said.

Ursula King will act as a Director of Goldman Travel and Simone King, current UKT General Manager will continue in the business.
