This is not a provocative question, but one of genuine curiosity as I am bereft of any suggestions myself. Of course more can be done for Gaza citizens to make their life there easier, and whilst that ought to be done for humanitarian reasons, I doubt that it will bring about a change in attitude towards Israel or a change in Hamas agenda.
