I agree that the antisemitic incidents often stimulate further antisemitic acts. It’s a large group phenomenon. The antisemites enviously attack Jews and want the Jews to disappear from the earth, or at least be controllable dhimmies.
I have noticed that antisemitism arguably always occurs in countries with at least one of the Abrahamic religious traditions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Japan, for example, in World War II needed to be directly pressured by the Nazis into acting against Jews in China.
