I also happen to believe that the brief introduction into serious matters , ONE single visit to a museum, one single Shabbat dinner and the reading imposition of a couple of books – how do we know the kid will read it – for something indeed of much greater gravity….

Added to that, they and their families, should have to undertake a course in Jewish education that includes history, Jewish tradition and ethics over a period of months. Only then is there any hope of a different perspective causing a change of heart and mind in the perpetrators.

What I would recommend is to take a large block of wood and hit this person squarely on his head. That is the only thing he will understand.
