There are enough precedents for this theatre of the aburd that singer points out – unfortunately all inconvenient for Singer’s hasbara. The balfour declaration, promising a homeland, in a country that does not belong to Great Britain. The Zionists grasping the hand of david balfour who restricted jewish immigration to Britain. The use of a fairy tale to establish a “national homeland” for people as far as the USA and Russia. A claimed common nationhood for Moroccon Berbers, ethiopian falashmura, Indian Shanivar teli, Cochinites, Baghdadis, Iranians, Yemenis, Poles and Russians.
The UN voting to divide Palestine to give the majority of the territory to Jews who owned less than 13 per cent of the land. The institutional brainwashing of Australian kids in sectarian schools that somehow a land they have no organic connection with, is central to their lives. Protesting against the Belgian court’s trail of Sharon while establishing a legal precedent by executing Eichmann. You get the idea.

I am sure that angry Zionist racist David Singer does not need my help in replying web pedestrian Mark Levy, the one dedicated, aparently, to peace.
As a happy, laden with joy Zionist ,juicefully entertained by peace loving Jews of the Mark Levy kind,I am, yet, joyfully curious about the peace Mark is dedicated to.
Could it be the kind of peace Palestinian Jew haters ar prommoting, because then Jew Mark may, while himself immersed in the joy of entertaining Palestinian celebratory mode, most certainly court the ONLY peace his choice of brethern know, i.e. they are only at peace if grief observed at Jews. Try enjoying it, Jew -for-Peace Mark, but ask your Mum first !

David Singer’s “article” is written by an angry racist extremist zionist. It is unfortunate that this piece of nonsense has been published somewhere.
Angry because the Palestinians clearly outplayed Israel with this UN application.

David forgets to mention that Israel was created in a very similar way, at the United Nations by the General Assembly!!! Palestine is following a similar route.

Without the UN, Israel would not exist.
So Mr. Singer, now knowing this, is the UN a “theater of the absurd” to have allowed Israel to be created??
Mr. Singer, please stop writing, your opinion does not count after seeing what nonsense you write.

Free Palestine, this is long OVERDUE!

There is NO question that legal arguments have a validity which, realistically, pertains to the relativity of the RESPECT for the forensic dialestics,the consensus for the authority of the LAW and, implicitely, court forum. OUTSIDE all of the above considerations what prevails is the famous realpolitik ! Accordingly, the repeated ovations to Abass’ speach, the jubilation among the palestinians, the farcical celebratory arrangements bradishing slogans and signs of a fait accompli at the UN in favour of a non existent state, but, most importantly, the “birth”of a new tactical armoury in the arsenal of terror against Israel on a scale hitherto un-ecnocutered, are the realities on the ground AND the kassam riddled air we are now compelled to consider, face, fight against.
Like some chinese pastry dish with pearls of wisdom or whatever messages hidden inside, the rockets raining across the Israel – Gaza divide contain one subliminal kassam message, i.e. : ” Kassam the Law !!!”, spelling accuracy allowing for the same realtivity…
