Surely the circumstances demand that he devotes his entire time, energy
and intense focus on every element of this now 2 year war. A serious distraction in having to defend these complex charges is likely to have a detrimental impact on the conduct of the war with severe consequences to National security and the cost of Israeli lives.
The proceedings must be suspended until the end of hostilities; their continuation in these circumstances is treacherous, and those responsible should be condemned.
