I’m going for peace, with supporting a one country of three states, to divolve overiding Federal governance to State governance, but it looks like war. But part of the resolution of the conflict is “refugee status”. Palestine is the alternate name for the original area of israel, and those Palestinians still living in the part of Palestine that is now Jordan were and still are Jordanians not refugees. Those Palestinians that fled to Jordan in 1948 were given Jordanian citizenship and are not refugees they are Jordanian Palestinians. Those Palestinians that in 1948 were, and still are, living in Gaza and the West Bank are still living in the part of Palestine where their famillies have always lived, and arent refugees. Those Palestinians that fled to Gaza and the West Bank in 1948, and their decendents, are still living in Palestine, and are, at best, displaced persons internally within Palestine, but are still living in Palestine, and are not refugees. The Israeli and Palestinian peacemakers need to grab and hold the centre, build a just and multicultural Isreal, with some divolvement of governance to a more representative State Govt under a federated system, and disenfranchise the fanatics.
