Internationalism had failed in Europe Holland Belgium Luxembourg and France were destroyed in weeks .
Poland though 30 million half the Population of Germany was crushed in weeks .
The Poles were fighters but the military leadership incompetent and psychologically trusted Britain and French military strength .
After WW2 Internationalism became more trusted and the 1947 Partition Plan for Palestine even had an International Jerusalem .
But the UN never sent troops to protect the Jewish People in Jerusalem from Arab Nationalist Fury and murder attacks so the Jewish nationalists had to act and adopt attack rather than defence .
There is a limit to Internationalist based on primordial tribalism innate in humans seen catastrophically through the ages .
