					<description><![CDATA[Surely the Balfour declaration, significant as it was, has been superseded by the vote of the United Nations members, who, in 1947, gave binding international approval for the establishment of the State we know as Israel.
Ever since then, as Aber Eban (?) put it so succinctly, the &quot;Palestinians&quot; have never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
And they never will! Negotiation is not an option for them. As you said, it is an all or nothing play. My view is that they will end up with nothing.]]></description>
