The funeral of Alan Goldberg
Family and two eminent judges have spoken at the funeral for Melbourne’s former Federal Judge Alan Goldberg.
Those attending the service at Chevra Kadisha heard the first address by Rabbi Dovid Rubinfeld, followed by judges Ray Finkelstein and Ron Merkel.
The late Alan Goldberg’s children Caitlin and Anthony spoke of their memories of their father.
Alan Goldberg AO QC is survived by his wife Rachel, children Caitlin, Anthony, Larissa and Mitchell and grandchildren Tessa, Ella, Nathan, Gideon and Guy.
