Can you explain why the Saudi-based Hashemite Kingdom of Palestine solution published in June that offers:
1. Jerusalem being the capital of Israel only
2. The right of return being abandoned
3. Israeli sovereignty being recognized in part of Judea and Samaria for the first time in 3000 years
4. No Palestinian Arab state between Israel and Jordan
– has not been answered positively by Israel in the five months since it’s publication?
