1. the UNWRA definition of a Palestinian refugee is a displaced person who resided in the Palestine mandate between 1.6.46 and 15.5.48
2. the USA is also pressing Israel to allow it to open a consulate in Jerusalem

Israel needs to stand firm and stop both plots.
