Yes, this is just so accurate, Mr Poddesbky. Well said! The more I read on this topic [through collecting news articles and critical pieces from all over the manor], the more jaw dropping, I find this phenomenon. The attitude of the so-called UN for example, which for some time has been coming over as merely a blight upon First Avenue Manhattan, in a building that would best be recycled for condos.
