Follow the excellent example of Australia and New Zealand. I wear my mask all the time here in Melbourne when outside, except when at the café daily when eating or drinking coffee. The mask goes back on when my meal is finished when reading the newspaper in the café.

Well Ventilated indoor spaces easier in Israel because of the milder winter also with distancing and masks is less risk .
The lack of self restraint in the Western Democracies like the USA and Europe plus UK the Narcacists has been selfish .
In Israel at least the elderly in Aged Care have had moderate protection but generally the Haredim and the impulsives have been far below par .
