And it needs to be stated. However, we must prevail and as Jews I think we will, because one thing this barbarous act on October 7 has done, is bring most Jews together – wherever they are and whether they know one another or not. It’s a defining moment of identity. A point at which great clarity is perceived and shifts into place the strongest sense of being a Jew, being proud of it, being resilient and being strong. It would be good if others are with us, but if they’re not, we are still who we are.
