Since a child in Tasmania I suffered chronic depression since 13yo but after working in community welfare I allowed a man with a caravan to move his van onto my 1& half acre block in northern nsw. & he was psychotic & very violent & I had to leave my home at 5tyo in middle of the night in my nightie running to save my life. I’ve had PTSD since 2012 because of what he did to me. It seems to be culminate from other past abuse & I’ve noticed many Women’s Centres are being shut down these past 10 years & there’s no safe space for women, especially when you’re a
older women.
My grandmother was Jewish & my Father went to Israel before he passed. My cousin Amanda Bateman lives in Melbourne but I’ve been unable to find her. She is in the Jewish community and would be 68yo now.
