Happy families in NSW today as the State’s Board of Studies named the 107 students in the 2011 HSC First Place in Course.

Moriah’s Ariella Naumberger topped the year in Classical Hebrew Continuers and Classical Hebrew Extension.
Emanuel’s Daniel Altman topped the year in Mathematics Extension 1
Shir Dekel, a Masada College student headed the field in Modern Hebrew Continuers.
A spokesperson for Masada College told J-Wire: “Shir Dekel is a Year 11 student who accelerated, He has worked very hard with his teacher Adi Halevi to get to this award and we are extremely proud of them both.”
