Associate Professor Amanda Pyman, Director – Monash MBA Programs facilitated the training which focussed on how to successfully manage multi-faceted responsibilities.

“It was a pleasure discussing leadership transition with the Rebbetzins who engaged in a lively and meaningful discussion about the multitude of roles that they undertake, within their families, communities and professions,’ Amanda stated at the completion of the session.

Rabbi Kluwgant, President of the RCV said the Rebbetzins play an integral leadership role in our community. “An expectation seems to have evolved whereby Rebbetzins are seen to be part of a leadership team, in conjunction with their husbands. This type of training has therefore become an essential part of the RCV’s professional development program”, said Rabbi Kluwgant.

The RCV is very grateful to Monash University and the Office of Multicultural Affairs and Citizenship for providing such valuable training and looks forward to continuing this partnership in the coming year.
