J-Wire is not open for further comments on the dispute between the Kashrut Authority and Sydney caterer Amaze in Taste.

We will continue to publish official statements detailing the parties’ current position as we receive them and will be happy to forward comments to both the KA and AIT.

We do this because the dispute is the focus of pertinent people within the the community wishing to settle it it one way or another and it is our view that we should keep the community informed of developments but we should not aggravate the issues being contended.

Readers’ letters with a supplied full name and suburb will be considered for publication.

One Response to “The KA and AIT”
  1. If ever there was a matter ideal for mediation, the one between the Kashrut Authority and Amaze in Taste is it. Mediation offers a confidential environment for people to air their fears as well as their concerns, and if it doesn’t settle, nothing is lost. Often, something is gained, however, if the parties involved have started talking face-to-face again, and can do so later, unassisted, if they themselves come up with an idea for settlement.

Settling this matter will not only benefit the parties, it will benefit the whole community.
