AIJAC’s Director of International and Community Affairs Jeremy Jones, in his personal capacity and as a senior elected officer of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry, has been involved in a number of cases under section 18C, which set important precedents against several forms of racism, including Holocaust Denial.
