Following from its €˜Best of Broadway and €A Night on the West End€™ shows (and fresh from the sell-out success of Miss Saigon at the Concourse) comes CMS€™ July 2012 production of Kids on Broadway featuring performers aged 6-16 years old, live on stage from 7 to 15 July.

And 11-year-old Maddi Aarons of St Ives is a featured soloist singing “Tomorrow” from the hit musical ANNIE…
Madeleine attends St Ives Primary School. She is really excited to be singing Tomorrow from Annie for Kids on Broadway as it€™s a song that everyone knows and likes. Madeleine recently moved to Sydney from London where she performed in a few musicals and took lots of singing exams. Says Madeleine: “I’€™m really enjoying being in Kids on Broadway because I get to perform with other kids who enjoy singing as much as I do!”

Kids on Broadway is a cabaret-style show featuring songs from some of the greatest stage and screen musicals of all time including Annie, The Little Mermaid, The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, The Lion King and many, many more.

With a talented cast of 49 performers all aged from 6 to 16 (and featured soloists from the North Shore, Parramatta, Ryde areas) this show is sure to delight audiences of all ages.

Songs include €œBe Our Guest€ (Beauty and the Beast), €œWe€™re all in this Together€ (High School Musical), €œYou Can€™t Stop the Beat€ (Hairspray), €œConsider Yourself€ (Oliver), €œNeverland€ (Peter Pan) €œFriend Like Me€ (Aladdin) and a score of other toe-tapping, sing-out-loud hits.

With Thursday, Saturday and Sunday night 7pm performances plus Sunday 2pm matinees, there€™s seven family-friendly performances to choose from.

Directed and co-choreographed by Mel Warwick with Hayden Barltrop as musical director,
Lisa Russell co-choreographer and Judy Roy production manager, Kids on Broadway is a holiday treat for all the family you must not miss!
