Jewish Arts offers a stream of 4 fascinating sessions on Thursday evenings at Sydney’s North Shore Night School, starting this Thursday night, 28 Oct.

Session 1 – THIS THURSDAY – is based on the North Shore Temple Emanuel  production of Children of Eden earlier this year, presented by its director Annie Veitch, and its producer Peter Landis.

Session 2 – Thurs 4 Nov – is on Israeli visual art, presented by Israeli-born artist Ilan Lemberg

Session 3 – Thurs 11 Nov –  Mark Ginsburg presents on his masters research on the links between traditional Chazzanut and contemporary jazz improvisation

Session 4 – Thurs 18 Nov – is a guided discussion on the importance of the arts to Jewish identity, an under-tapped resource in the quest for Jewish continuity.

These are rare opportunities to stretch your intellect on subjects relating to the arts, in a Jewish context. Don’t miss it. Call NSTE on 9419-7011 now to book!
