March of the Living will hold a fundraiser brunch in Melbourne later this month.
Human rights advocate Julian Burnside and Dandenong Young Achiever Kalyan Ky will discuss the Holocaust, Cambodia and asylum seekers.

The mission of March of the Living is to challenge participants with two of the most significant events of Jewish history – the Shoah (The Holocaust) and the birth of the State of Israel.

You would think the Jewish Holocaust Centre or friends of March of The living or both can find a Human Rights guest speaker that includes Israelis and Jews as part of the global community or part of their world views and include their human rights along with their precious Palestinians and Arabs.
Burnside is on the speed dial of the Palestinian, Arab and Muslim lobby and community and is a regular guest speaker advocating their causes.
I was in the packed house audience at The Age writers festival where Burnside and other selected high profile like minded individuals { i.e not friends of the Jewish state] were on stage supporting Australia’s most notorious Anti- Zionist Activist Antony Loewenstein. If anyone knows anything about Loewenstein a Jewish born radical extremist leftist it is no surprise the anti- israel diatribe from this Israel hater spewed out that day and supported by Burnside.
If you were to search the internet you would find it difficult if not impossible to find any public on the record support of Jewish Israeli human-rights rights.
I paid for both my daughters to go to Poland /Israel on March of the Living a very worth while Org in deed and I am ashamed and disgusted with the board members ignorance of Burnsides indifference to Israeli Jews and their human rights or perhaps these Board members Leftist worldly views also discount Jewish Israeli- Human rights and equality.
Why a Jewish organization gives a platform for this guy is sickening and it is no wonder Israel can not get any sympathy in this country when our own people support those individuals that have little sympathy for Jewish Israel human rights.
Shame on the organizers of this event !

    Burdy.
