Coogee MP Bruce Notley-Smith and Vaucluse MP Gabrielle Upton announced that the forum will be held in Bondi Junction on the evening of Monday 27 August 2012.

“The people of the Eastern Suburbs put their faith in a NSW Liberals & Nationals Government and this is a strong message to those communities that we will continue to listen,” Mr Notley-Smith said.

The Premier and his Ministers will take questions at the public forum, and Ministers will hold pre-arranged meetings with community and stakeholder groups.

“I encourage people in the Eastern Suburbs to come to the forum and meet the Ministers who are responsible for transport, roads, schools and hospitals,” Mr Notley-Smith said.

Vaucluse MP Gabrielle Upton said the government is getting on with the job of delivering on their commitments to the Eastern Suburbs.
“This is an opportunity for residents, businesses and community groups to discuss with us their ideas for the area.”

“I would urge people to register for the Community Cabinet meeting,” Ms Upton said.

For full details and to register to attend the forum please call the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet on (02) 9228 4833 or fill out an online registration form at www.dpc.nsw.gov.au.
