I am not a religious fanatic but why does J-Wite show such disrespect and insensitivity to it’s many shomer Shabbat subscribers and readers by posting articles online in the middle of Shabbat?

J-Wire does not post stories on Shabbat

If you look at the time the story was published you will see that it was before Shabbat. In fact, we did not publish on Friday either as it was Yom Tov.

All stories are are consolidated by an electronic process and emailed in a digest automatically at 4:30pm AEST each day. This process starts its work at 3:30pm which is our daily deadline.

So all stories published between 3:30pm on a Friday or Chag and the beginning of Shabbat/Chag will AUTOMATICALLY publish at 3:30 on Shabbat.
