Women’s Day of Mind, Body & Soul a First of its Kind for Sydney

Chabad North Shore and CBDChabad Sydney have joined forces in what will be a first of its kind in Sydney. On Sunday 28th July, Rebbetzins Fruma Shapiro & Sara-Tova Yaffe will be hosting a Women’s Day of Mind, Body & Soul with international guest presenter, Rus Devorah Wallen. The full day program, to be held at Chabad North Shore, will include workshops on brain science & Torah parallels, stressbusting techniques, meditation, mindful relationships, customised guided imagery and many more fascinating topics. A gourmet, health conscious lunch will be served as well as morning tea and snacks throughout the day.
“Women  from all walks of life will be given the opportunity to discover the Torah’s approach to  popular  practices including meditation, breathing, healing & relaxation techniques”, Rebbetzin Fruma commented. “It is the first time Mrs Wallen will be presenting her workshops  on Australian shores, and an opportunity not to be missed”, she continued.
Wallen is a qualified psychotherapist, social worker, educator and motivational speaker.
She utilises,  her rich educational background, to augment her natural abilities to inspire and heal. With advanced clinical training in several areas of diagnosis and treatment, Wallen conducts workshops around the world on a variety of therapeutic themes.
