helli Mickey thank you for the response.

Regarding Barak’s and other offer, the substance of it was to re-name Abu Dis as “East Jersualem’, considerable parts of the West Bank to remain under “indefinite” Israeli military control, A Palestinian state without its own military, with Israeli control over its borders, coast and air space and it electronic traffis. There is another term for it from South African history – bantustan.

Indeed full house, excellent attendance and excellent presentations !

  3. Mickey says:

What Ben ignores is the offers of statehood for the Palestinians by Prime Minister Levi Eshkol in 1967, Ehud Barak in 2000, President Clinton and Barak in 2000 & 2001 and Ehud Olmert in 2008. All of which offered the Palestinians all or nearly all of the West Bank and Gaza. They answered with a resounding NO! even Israel withdrawing all Jews and military ( except for Shalit) from Gaza never helped, only increased conflict.

  4. ben says:

Thy seem to be conviently ignorant of the fact that negotiations have been going on for at least two decades, during wich exclusive settlements, connecting roads and the barrier have been built in the West Bank.
