Holocaust survivor, Eva Grinston has spoken to students at Sydney’s Shalom College’s formal dinner.

She was taken, aged 14, by the Nazis with her younger sister.  During the selection at Auschwitz, they were separated and she never saw her sister again.  Eva was sent from Auschwitz to Ravensbruck and survived by working underground in a Daimler-Benz factory.

She gave a remarkably inspiring and positive message to the 100 Shalom College students who attended the dinner, encouraging them never to be a bystander, never to hate anyone and to oppose all forms prejudice and discrimination.
