Please note that some of the candle-lighting times for forthcoming chagim are incorrect in the 2011 NSW Jewish Board of Deputies Diary. Please amend your calendars as below:

 

FAST OF GEDALIAH: Sunday October 2: Fast begins 5.16am, ends 7.24pm.

 

SUCCOT:  Wednesday October 12:  Candle lighting 6.47pm.

Thursday October 13: Candle lighting 7.46pm.

Friday October 14: Candle lighting 6.48pm.

 

SHEMINI ATZERET:

Wednesday October 19: Candle lighting 6.39pm.

 

SIMCHAT TORAH:

Thursday October 20: Candle lighting 7.52pm.

Friday October 21: Candle lighting 6.55pm.
