A J-Wire reader is searching for information relating to her family who once lived in Broken Hill.She writes:
They had a shop in what I think was ‘Main St’ and is likely to have been named “Stone Bros”.
Evidentally, a picture of this building is featured in a gallery possibly in Eyre St.
Names of family I am seeking include, Bernard and William Stone.
Ultimately, I am trying to find details of my grandfather, Eskel Kleinman, who ran a pawn shop in Broken Hill. His wife was Phoebe.
