Bondi attack: two youths plead guilty

Two 17-yr-old youths remain in custody after pleading guilty to charges of affray and assault occasioning actual bodily harm relating to the attack on five Jews walking home after Shabbat dinner last October.

NSW Police told J-Wire that both youths are under control order supervision for an eighteen month period which started on October 26 last year and both have received custodial sentences of 10 months when the matter was dealt with recently in Bidura Children’s  Court.

Following their release, both youths will be placed on a 12 month good behaviour bond.

Charges against two men have been dropped due to insufficient evidence.
