Behind the scenes

There are small organisations within our community whose profile does not loom large as life as  the majors’.

The Online Hate Prevention Institute run by Dr Andre Oboler is one such case.

When all are jumping up and down in anger when offensive posts are published on social media sites, Oboler and his team are doing the spadework to get such posts removed.

And they do it on an absolute shoe string.

Many years ago when engaging in face to face canvassing for UIA a favourite line would be to ask a donor in times when donors sought recognition for their contributions “Who wants to put  their name on a broken drain in Ashkelon?”

Now is the opportunity to help those who are not on the top of the community shopping list…

Take a look at Andre’s web site and witness the work being done on your behalf behind the scenes….maybe you will deem it  of some importance and maybe you will be prepared to help him keep the uglies off the net…

He seeks only $500…

  1. Unbelievable.

Why would J-Wire support a lunatic like Oboler? Are we supporting Hamas too? Or should we start collecting funds for the cute little kiddies of Islamic jihad?

  2. Raoul Machal says:

You must be kidding. Scratching here for donations after siding with Islamists and publicly denouncing good friends of Israel has “haters” and “Islamophobes”? Why not ask IRA or HAI?
