Two Jewish care homes are among the winners of theĀ Better Practice Awards announced by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency Ltd.

The Emmy Monash Aged Care in Caulfield North, Victoria has been awarded for their Life Enrichment program which incorporates drama groups, music therapy and intergenerational experiences into a holistic resident lifestyle program.

The Sir Moses Montefiore Jewish Home, New South Wales has had great success in recruiting, training and retaining volunteers to improve residentsā€™ quality of life through their Celebrate the magic of volunteering program. Hunters Hill Montefiore Home, Randwick Montefiore Home and Woollahra Montefiore Home have all been beneficiaries of this successful program.

    Wonderful story Of the Jewish family who lost their son and the fight for justice on Compass last night.
