Some citizens of Melbourne have organised a silent gathering on the steps of the Parliament of Victoria, Spring St CBD, tonight (18 Jan 19) at 1800 hrs (6 pm).

There will be no speeches or ceremonies, religious or otherwise, the women organisers have stated. Attendees are asked to wear black.
