Sixty supporters of Israel have held a rally on the steps of the South Australian parliament is support of Israel.

The  Adelaide rally, organised by South Australian supporters of Israel brought Jews and non Jews together in support of Israel. Rabbi Yossi Engel delivered a compelling speech detailing Israel’s enduring struggle for peace in the context of its ongoing need and obligation to protect its citizens.

    Rabbi Engel isn’t even the Rabbi of the community, why would you publish this? You are just adding to community division.

      Are you for real, Jason?

      How can a rally by the South Australian Supporters of Israel divide the community? Aren’t the SA supporters part of the SA community? Or is the community divided in its support for Israel? Or perhaps, it it divided by those who want to make themselves invisible being being revolted by those who make a public stand?

      Whether or not Rabbi Engel is a local cannot be a cause for division, unless the local SA rabbis resent his presence on their turf where they make fewer ripples than newly mowed grass.
