Chairman of the ADC Dr Dvir Abramovich said: “As we remember and commemorate this heartbreaking and sorrowful day that changed our world forever, we grieve for the innocents that died at the hands of the 19 Jihadist murderers, those who were injured and those who lost loves ones.

We also honour and pay tribute to the heroic and selfless first responders and other brave Americans who courageously risked their lives to save their fellow citizens. Each one of us was devastated and anguished as the tragic scenes unfolded, but was also moved and inspired by the way the American nation reacted in the face of such a tragedy. Today, we resolve once again to reject and combat the scourge of hatred and terrorism and to fight for the cherished values of democracy, freedom, religious liberty and pluralism— principles that undergird Australian society and all western liberal states.

This dark chapter also taught us that we cannot underestimate the threat of homicidal islamist fanatics who are determined to destroy our culture and civilization with an and all means. The ongoing carnage that we have witnessed around the world as result of numerous terrorist attacks has demonstrated the absolute need for all nations to redouble their efforts and strengthen their commitment to defeat these evil forces. We pray for a time when all people will unite so as to bring an era of peace, renewal, tolerance and justice for all humanity.”

The first thing that comes to my mind when the thinking about 9/11 is those “peace loving ” Palestinians dancing in the streets . These are the same heathens that Israeli Jews are expected to make peace with .
